COLLECTED SHARDS
Limited edition, hand-bound art book by Celia Liberace
Collected Shards documents a summer of 2023: brief and hasty accounts of a scattered mind; bodies, shapes, and relationships that tapped on my shoulder, impressions of whispering facades, rendered capsules of light and shadow, graphite lines imbued with a rippling sense of self.
Each book is hand-bound with care using French ink stitch and Coptic stitch—historic techniques dating to 16th-century Europe and 2nd-century Egypt—that allow the pages to open completely flat. From folding to stitching, each book takes approximately one hour and a half to assemble by hand.
SPECIAL EDITION:
Special edition features an original drawing in red pencil on Fabriano paper stitched within the pages. A stamped bookmark on 320 gsm handmade Khadi paper will also be included.

As each book is made-to-order, please allow five-six weeks to receive your book via mail.
All books ship from the UK using tracked services.
